Salary Range: $52,000 to $56,000

The Catering Manager manages multiple (small to high volume) catering projects. This position is involved in all phases of food preparation, menu planning and development, and maintaining proper inventory levels.

- Minimum of 2 years related catering experience in a ‘high profile’ food environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends
