The person in this role plays a key part in the evolution and optimization of enterprise solutions by serving as a strategic partner to business units. Reporting to the Director, IT – Enterprise Solutions Transformation and Optimization, this individual contributes to process improvement, business needs analysis, and the implementation of solutions that support the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and operational objectives.
- Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications.
- Participate in the analysis and optimization of business processes by recommending value-added solutions.
- Work closely with technology teams to design, implement, and enhance enterprise solutions.
- Participate in functional testing, validate implemented solutions, and support end users during solution adoption.
Contribute to the prioritization of initiatives and the continuous improvement of applications that support business operations.
Desired Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or enterprise solution management.
- Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on organizational operations.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional requirements, as well as business process modeling.
- Experience with enterprise solutions such as ERP, POS, OMS, WMS, CRM, Finance, Human Resources (HR), or digital platforms is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Recognized for strong analytical thinking, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to recommend solutions that drive business value.
Ability to communicate effectively in both French and English, both verbally and in writing.
