Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate loves working with young children, communicates well with families, and helps foster a positive, creative, and caring space for little ones to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and care for children in a safe and supportive environment
- Lead or assist with play-based learning activities
- Maintain a clean and organized play space
- Help with diaper changes, feeding, and nap routines
- Communicate professionally with parents and follow daily routines
- Support a positive and inclusive environment for all children
Qualifications:
- Valid ECE, and relevant childcare experience preferred
- Bilingual is a strong asset
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Criminal Record Check (required)
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
