We are a Nissan dealership looking for a well-spoken, motivated, results-driven individual to join our Sales Team, working directly with customer and the management team to make a sale.
Responsibilities:
- Switching showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and matching them to the appropriate vehicle.
- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of vehicles, and providing customer with information, including comparing different competitive models.
- Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
- Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
- Assisting with the setup of the lot, showroom, and promotional displays.
- Collaborating with management and team members.
- Ability to follow sales process.
Requirements:
- Proven automotive sales track record an asset.
- Professional appearance, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Ability to be competitive while maintaining the client's best interests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Nissan University training provided. Benefits available after 3 months include health, travel medical insurance as well as life and disability insurance, dental after a year.
Open floor with flexibility to cross sell both new and used vehicles.
Competitive wage inclusive of salary, bonus incentives and commissions based on experience.
We also provide a $4,000 per month guarantee for the first 3 months.
OMVIC license required.
