Dog Groomer
Freedom House is looking for a professional, experienced dog groomer to work in our South Red Deer location! We are seeking a dedicated, personable, smiling groomer who has a passion and love for dogs as well as their career!
You will be an employee but make commission for every groom that you complete in our facility. Our facility is a very busy location, with lots of growing to do. Thanks to our boarding and daycare services, we bring in new and amazing clients every day and have no shortage of dogs to get cleaned up!
You will need your own complete set of tools but we provide the supplies! We provide the spa like atmosphere with tubs, tables, high velocity dryers, shampoos/conditioners, but you will need to provide your own sheers, clippers, brushes and grooming tools!
This position is a Monday to Friday position that would be a taking over a current client portfolio.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years in a professional grooming facility is a must
-Must demonstrate the ability to scissor a large breed within a given timeline
-Full bath and deshed capabilities
-Nail trim and Nail grind capability
-Dog handling skills on grooming table
-Customer service skills
-Specific breed cuts
-Bookings and Secretary Services are offered to the candidate
