Overview
We are seeking a self motivated individual who works well in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing manicures, pedicures, waxing, laser and tinting services. In addition to services, you will be responsible for managing daily spa operations, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our services to enhance client satisfaction and retention. The individual must have a background as a nail technician or esthetician and willing to fulfill both Spa coordinator and esthetician position as needed.

Duties
- Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling using POS systems
- Assist clients with product knowledge and explain spa services to promote upselling opportunities
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, and processing transactions accurately
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the spa environment is clean and inviting
- Be educated on product knowledge for maximum selling opportunities
- Manage phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing information about services and promotions
- Support sales efforts through effective communication skills and organizational skills to maximize revenue
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations and timely service delivery
- For nail tech/estheticians, diploma in any specific nail course or Ontario college is required
- Past hands on client experience is desirable but not mandatory
- Must be able to perform manicures and pedicures and experience in waxing
