Elite Door & Hardware is seeking an organized and motivated individual to join our team in a key operations role supporting our Hollow Metal Division.
The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, estimators, suppliers, and shop personnel to help coordinate production, purchasing, logistics, and project support activities.
Responsibilities
● Assist with production planning and shop scheduling
● Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and freight logistics
● Communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, and schedules
● Support purchasing and material tracking
● Assist with project documentation and job tracking
● Provide operational support to project management and shop teams
● Help identify and improve processes within the department
Qualifications
● Must have Experience in the Division 8, hollow metal, construction, manufacturing, or related industries is an asset
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
● Hollow metal, fabrication, or production experience is considered a strong asset
We are looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, works well with both office and shop personnel, and is interested in growing within the organization. Responsibilities may be tailored based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
Compensation Competitive salary based on experience.
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
