Responsibilities
- Provide professional haircuts, styling, blowouts, and finishing services.
- Perform hair coloring, highlighting, balayage and color corrections.
- Offer hair treatments, conditioning services, and scalp care.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through outstanding customer service.
- Recommend and sell professional hair care products.
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
Qualifications
- Valid hairstylist license or certification (as required by local regulations).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional salon experience.
- Proficiency in cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
