Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables;
- Prepare journal entries and adjusting entries;
- Prepare bank reconciliations;
- Prepare month-end and year-end closing;
- Prepare inventory reconciliations and adjustments;
- Cash flow management;
- Prepare GST/HST returns and Corporate Tax Instalments;
- Prepare Debit/Credit notes;
- Reconcile Trip expense reports;
- Credit analysis and checking;
- Handle all the paperwork for foreign exchange transactions;
- Approve CRM transactions.
Qualifications and Skills
- University or college graduate with accounting or business degree/diploma;
- A student member of CPA or ACCA, and working towards a designation;
- 1-2 years of working experience in the accounting field;
- Knowledge/experience in Sage 300 ERP, CRM and QuickBooks Accounting software;
- Good MS Excel & Word skills;
- Hands-on experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
