We firmly believe our employees are our best assets, and we are committed to providing on going training and support to allow them to reach their full potential. We are seeking 2 Licensed Journeyman Plumbers to join our Plumbing Division and help us grow our expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent CDN in a professional and courteous manner on each call, keeping customer service at the forefront.
Perform installs, repairs and maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and public buildings. This list includes but isnot limited to:
- Supports and hangers for pipes, fixtures, and equipment.
- Valves and fittings.
- Water treatment equipment, piping, and controls.
- Faucets, sinks, tubs, and toilets etc.
- Water heaters and filtration equipment.
- Plumbing fixtures, appliances, and trim.
- Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks including backflow testing.
- Diagnose on-site problems, accurately estimate repair costs, continual value-added communication, and proper maintenance with the home and/or business owner.
- Work in cooperation with other trades and laborer's to ensure that all specifications, legislation/policies are met, and to ensure efficient completion of any project.
- Perform general and specific equipment inspections.
- Identify required tools/special equipment and select the type and size of pipe required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all modern equipment and regulations.
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
Skills, Abilities and Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in Plumbing
- Must have a driver’s license with clean drivers abstract.
- Must be physically capable of performing all the work required for this position.
- Must have very strong customer service and communication skills with ability to go above and beyond.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Licensed Journeyman Plumber
- It is considered an asset if you possess the following:
- Safety certifications: Fall Arrest, WHMIS, Confined Space, Standard First Aid/CPR. Certified G2 Gas License considered an asset.
- Please note that this position requires a Driver’s Abstract to be completed for potential candidates.

Schedule:
- Day shift- Monday through Friday
- 40 hours per week shift with possibility of overtime
- Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay after 44 hours in a work week.
- Experience:
- plumbing: 1-5 years (required).
- ability to accurately read blueprints.
License/Certification:
- G Drivers (required).
- Clean driving record
Work Location: Local to Delhi area, On the road, some travel required with overnight stays, company provided vehicle.
