We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee the fabrication and assembly of products, ensuring that all processes align with company standards.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to optimize production workflows and reduce waste.
- Utilize ERP systems for effective inventory management and production planning.
- Conduct regular quality control assessments to maintain product integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with overall business objectives.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in manufacturing processes and quality assurance.
Experience
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a managerial role.
- Prefer candidates with cabinet/woodworking experience.
- Prefer candidates who have Project Management/construction experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in using ERP systems for production management.
- Demonstrated ability to implement quality control measures successfully.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
