What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Guide guests through our brunch menu, making knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring every order meets our quality standards.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
- Work closely with the kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Process payments accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant standards.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience, with brunch service experience strongly preferred.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized during busy brunch service.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and morning shifts.
