Argos Pet Ranch is looking for passionate, reliable, and caring Dog Groomer to join our professional grooming team immediately.
Whether you're an experienced groomer with an established clientele or someone just beginning your grooming career, we'd love to hear from you. We believe attitude, compassion, and willingness to learn are just as important as experience.
Our grooming salon operates 7 days a week, allowing for flexible scheduling while providing exceptional care to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Perform breed-specific and pet trims.
- Bathe, brush, dry, de-shed, and style dogs.
- Clip nails and clean ears.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary grooming environment.
- Identify skin, coat, or health concerns and communicate them professionally.
- Handle dogs calmly and safely using humane handling techniques.
- Build positive relationships with pet owners.
- Maintain accurate grooming notes and client preferences.
- Assist with salon cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
- Anything else of what you are passionate about grooming like, tattoos, hair coloring, etc.
Qualifications
- Previous professional grooming experience preferred.
- Ability to groom various breeds independently.
- Strong scissoring and clipping skills.
- Excellent customer service.

Compensation
We offer flexible compensation options depending on experience and qualifications:
Option 1
Competitive hourly or salaried compensation.
