We are seeking a Registered Dietician to join our team as an independent contractor within our structured, program-based care model.
This is NOT a traditional dietician role
You will be working within:
- medically guided programs
- collaborative care with Nurse Practitioners
- data-driven tracking (Heads Up Health integration)
Your Role
- Conduct initial nutrition assessments
- Provide realistic, sustainable dietary strategies
- Support patients in metabolic optimization & weight loss
- Review food logs and patient adherence
- Collaborate with clinical team
Structure
- All bookings handled through clinic system
- Patients pay the clinic directly
- You are compensated per session (contractor model)
- No admin, no billing headaches
Compensation
- Initial: $100
- Follow-up: $60
- High growth potential with program expansion
Requirements
- Registered Dietician (Ontario)
- Virtual care experience preferred
- Strong communication + coaching skills
- Interest in metabolic health & hormone optimization
