Key Responsibilities:

Operate industrial sewing machines.

Requirements:

5+ years industrial sewing experience.

Experience repairing industrial sewing machines.

Experience supervising production staff.

Knowledge of Juki, Brother, Consew, or similar machines.

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
-
Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
For Modern Air Filtration, if you're producing Filter products at volume, I'd specifically target an Industrial Sewing Machine Technician/Supervisor rather than a sewing operator. One good technician-supervisor can often oversee 5–20 operators and save thousands in downtime.
