Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in construction management software, and a solid understanding of industry standards and schematics. This role involves coordinating teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, driving project success through effective communication and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and manage timelines to meet deadlines.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure project accuracy.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D for project documentation and tracking.
- Prepare accurate construction estimates and budgets based on detailed analysis and client requirements.
- Oversee procurement processes, including subcontractor selection and contract negotiations.
- Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout all project phases.
- Manage project documentation meticulously to facilitate smooth communication among stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to promote collaboration.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong background in civil or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera P6, Civil 3D.
- Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and building regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Prior experience managing large-scale projects from start to finish is highly desirable.

Pay: $59,705.80-$131,345.16 per year
