Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, schematics, and the ability to work with various tools and materials. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to plan work effectively
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete installations and repairs
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to ensure efficient workflow
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with construction teams and other trades such as carpentry and HVAC for integrated project completion
- Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Assist in assembly of plumbing components and related systems as needed
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in plumbing installation, repair, or maintenance within residential or commercial settings
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with construction processes, heavy lifting techniques, and the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics
- Additional skills such as HVAC knowledge, carpentry experience, or commercial driving are considered advantageous
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high safety standards
