What You’ll Do:

Deliver outstanding, professional, and courteous service to customers over the phone.

Handle incoming calls by identifying caller needs and efficiently routing them to the appropriate person or department.

Available to work various shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday (5 shifts per week).

Work remotely, with the expectation to be in the office 1–2 days per week, and attend onsite training and occasional in-office meetings as required.
