Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Cashier/Cook/Supervisor. This multifaceted role is ideal for someone with a passion for the food industry, excellent customer service skills, and leadership qualities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations, providing exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Manage cashier responsibilities including processing transactions, giving change, and handling cash accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Supervise team members during shifts, delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality service, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environment preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management.
- Leadership qualities with experience in supervising or managing team members preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
