Journeyman Carpenter
Our client is looking for a Journeyman Carpenter to join their growing residential construction team in the Brockville area. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality craftsmanship across renovation and building projects while collaborating closely with site teams, apprentices, and other trades.

Responsibilities
- Complete residential renovation projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and interior remodels
- Participate in new residential construction projects from framing through finishing stages
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Perform layout work for floors, walls, trusses, and foundations
- Ensure projects are completed according to building codes and quality standards
- Work collaboratively with apprentices and provide guidance on daily tasks
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades on-site

Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Carpenter certification
- 4+ years of experience in residential construction
- Strong knowledge of renovation and new home construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Experience with framing, finishing, and general carpentry work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to mentor or support apprentices on-site
- Physically capable of performing construction-related tasks
