We specialize in providing premium quality interior window coverings in addition to exterior products, such as retractable screens, awnings and security shutters.
We are looking for a motivated, well rounded individual that will take initiative, share our core values, and be eager to contribute to our small team. Candidate must be reliable, efficient with attention to detail, comfortable working alone and as part of a team, able to problem solve, and be committed to providing high quality workmanship.
Every day provides a diverse work experience with indoor and outdoor product measures and installations, office and shop time, client meetings, solo and team work, and travel throughout Muskoka in a company vehicle.

Job Description
As Team Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
Assist with installations of interior window coverings and exterior product as required
Assist with site visits and client meetings to discuss various products and measure
Read building plans, drawings and window schedules to prepare quotes
Be knowledgeable and able to assist with explaining and installing motorized product
Assist with various shop duties, such as: monitoring daily deliveries and shipments; checking orders prior to installation; parts inventory; product repairs (both in house and by supplier)
Qualifications
Professional, reliable, organized and punctual with a friendly personality and positive attitude
Ability to take initiative and multi task
Ability to interact personably and professionally with customers and co workers
Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
Knowledge and experience with hand and power tools
Some construction knowledge/background preferred
Fluent in English
Basic computer skills
Ability to take, read and understand measurements
Solid math, reading and writing skills
Ability to work off ladders and at heights from scaffolding
Ability to lift heavy product and equipment, 50+ lbs
Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols at all times to maintain a safe work environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and accurately
Ability to take direction and guidance from team members
Reliable transportation to and from work with a valid G driver's license and clean abstract

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
