Position:
Woodland Manufacturing is looking for a Woodworking employee to join our Production team. Reporting to the Ripping Supervisor, some of the roles and responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- use of chop saws and ripping saws
- setup of computer numerically controlled ripping saw
- setup and use of glue clamp machines
- setup and operate end matching saw
- perform machine maintenance
- Looking at Work Orders and preparing lumber
- quality inspection of product as it is being run
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- able to use measuring devices (calipers, tape measure)
We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail. Experience is wanted, but will train the right person.
