Position
The Estimator Internship is a sales position that would be best suited for an individual who has experience working in the construction industry and has outstanding people skills.
Reporting to the company’s Lead Estimators, the Estimator Intern will be responsible for but not limited to:
· Assist Lead Estimators with all day-to-day responsibilities
· Call potential customers to schedule estimates
· Drive to customer/potential customer sites across Vancouver Island
· Take measurements on-site used to produce estimates
· Assist Lead Estimators with estimate calculations
· Generate customer estimates and proposals
· Assist with Installing
· Communicate with customers
· Project management

Education and Experience
· Training will be provided by experienced Estimators
· Experience in the construction industry
· Customer service experience
· Valid driver’s license necessary

Experience:
- AutoCAD: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction: 3 years (required)
- Sales: 1 year (required)
