8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

At Jake’s Grill and Oyster House, fresh oysters and seafood are our specialties. We’ve proudly served the Burlington community since 1985, and we’re looking for our next full-time Line Cook to join our team.

As a Line Cook, you will:
Prepare high-quality food that keeps our guests coming back
Follow our recipes and food-quality standards
Work across multiple kitchen stations, including fryers, grill, and salad line
Prepare ingredients and ensure meals are ready on time
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
Work closely with other kitchen team members to keep service running smoothly
Maintain food quality and consistency from preparation through service
No previous experience is required. Training will be provided.
We’re looking for someone who:
Works well as part of a team
Communicates well with kitchen staff
Can stay calm and focused during busy periods
Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Takes pride in preparing quality food
Is available to work evenings and weekends
Previous experience in a restaurant, commercial kitchen, or as a Line Cook is an asset, but not required.
