We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Landscape Labourer / Hardscape Installer to join our growing team. This position involves a mix of landscape construction, hardscaping, drainage work, and winter snow operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable performing physically demanding work, and have previous experience in the landscaping industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials daily
- Experience operating landscaping equipment and power tools
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (very important)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Punctual and dependable
Responsibilities
- Moving and installing heavy landscape and hardscape materials
- Installing pavers, retaining walls, edging, fabric, and plants
- Preparing and grading base materials for hardscape installations
- Laying and cutting pavers using concrete saws and other power equipment
- Installing drainage systems, catch basins, and related materials
- Operating skid steers, compactors, mini excavators, and other landscape equipment
- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Assisting with snow removal and salting operations during winter months

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

- Do you understand that this is seasonal work? Landscaping will be done in the Spring/Summer/Fall months and snow removal is done in the winter months. Hours are sporadic and unpredictable in the Winter as work is dependent on snowfall.
