YGC is serving Calgary and surrounding areas for 30+ years. We are looking for a Handyman / Field Service Technician to join our fast-paced and growing team at YGC. We are a General Contractor that is involved with Property Management Companies, commercial reconstruction projects, service and maintenance, interior build outs, exterior and interior with commercial building builds, with a variety of other work such as residential renovations, exterior and interior work.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated and have the ability to organize, make decisions, follow direction, and maintain a positive attitude with the ambition to advance. This immediate position is full-time and we also offer a wide range of training, including industry related courses.

Must have a reliable TRUCK or VAN and as well as a clean driver abstract.
Requirements;
- Positive attitude with the ability to work with a team or individually
- Strong interpersonal skills with customer service orientation
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to drywall and tape is a requirement
- Basic millwork, flooring, and other skills
- Exterior building envelope knowledge
- Exterior cladding, siding, and roofing knowledge
- Basic skilled individual in service and maintenance
- Provide assistance and support to co-workers
- Education would be an asset
- No criminal record
- Ability to handprint
Experience: Must have 8+ years’ experience
