Our Service Division delivers preventative maintenance programs, emergency leak response, and expert repair solutions to commercial clients across the region.
Now we’re looking for a Service Coordinator who brings positivity, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership to everything they do.
Job Summary
We are expanding our Commercial Service & Maintenance Division and are hiring a Service Coordinator to support daily operations and customer communication. This role is responsible for keeping service work organized, documented, and moving efficiently from initial call through to invoicing.
You will work closely with the Service Manager and field crews to ensure jobs are properly scheduled, documented, and communicated - both internally and with customers. This is a structured, high-responsibility role that directly impacts customer experience, job flow, and overall performance of the department.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the primary point of contact for incoming service requests and customer inquiries
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians efficiently and calmly -especially during urgent situations
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, ensuring they feel heard and taken care of
- Review job inspection reports and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Follow up with clients to maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Represent our brand with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
