What You'll Do
- Coordinate tasks alongside project supervisors according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel.
- Always ensure field staff compliance with policies and procedures.
- Work with Site Superintendent on field aspects of the project such as budget, schedule, and productivity.
- Support training and mentoring of construction workers, promoting skill development and adherence to quality standards.
- Be quick to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for proper sequencing.
- Must be willing to work in remote areas and travel as needed.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a construction yard or construction experience in a relevant role, preferably with a general contractor.
- Experience in commercial, institutional, or industrial construction is required.
- A trade background in carpentry or Gold Seal Certification is an asset.
- Ability to work safely and promote safety by adhering to safety regulations and Con-Pro's safety program.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, organizing and planning skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
