Biological Shipper and Receiver
Full-time Leamington, Ontario
What you’ll do
- Receive and store Biological Control Products in proper storage areas
- Maintain proper storage temperatures and notify Operations Manager when they are out of parameters
- Keep biological storage areas clean and presentable
- Take quality control samples as directed by Quality Control Coordinator and notify the Pest Management Team of any products that look outside of standard specifications
- Receive biologicals for all PP locations into Syspro
- Ensure packing for biological orders is done accurately and to each divisions’ specifications
- Complete Discrepancy Reports as needed and email to appropriate staff
- Compile customer orders and shipments (Biological Control Products)
- Weekly/Daily inventory reconciliation
- Compile USA shipments
- Collaborate with Customer Service in scheduling deliveries (in priority sequence)
- Compile and double check shipments
- Place incoming stock in designated storage areas daily
- General housekeeping
- Bring documentation from warehouse into office
- Observe and promote compliance with all relevant policy and procedure
- Ensure that all goods leaving Plant Products have been properly billed
- Ensure that no visitors are able to freely walk around facility. Visiting drivers should be restricted to waiting area by door, or be able to access their truck trailer as needed.
- Any additional duties which may be required on a day to day basis

Summary
As a Biological Shipper and Receiver, you will be integral to the efficient handling and distribution of biological materials. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your role encompasses core responsibilities such as shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse organization. Your expertise in warehouse distribution and experience with shipping processes will ensure compliance with safety standards.

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
