Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team at Santa Lucia Pizza. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our family tradition of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Supervise staff, providing training and support to enhance performance.
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations to maintain high standards of food safety.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
