Job Title: Senior Scrum Master
Location: Vancouver, BC
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will lead Agile teams, mentor Scrum Masters, and drive enterprise Agile adoption initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery across BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare transformation programs.
- Facilitate and oversee Scrum ceremonies across multiple Agile teams.
- Mentor Scrum Masters and coach teams on Agile best practices.
- Support enterprise Agile transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity initiatives.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
- Support regulatory, compliance, and governance-focused initiatives.
- Track team performance and provide Agile delivery reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Scrum Master within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams and enterprise initiatives.
- Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Experience supporting digital transformation and modernization programs.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
- Experience working with executive and senior business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to manage complex delivery environments.
- CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
