Job Title: Sales Representative – Home Renovations (Commission-Based)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to help grow our home renovation business by generating new residential and commercial renovation projects.
The ideal candidate is confident in meeting clients, building relationships, and closing renovation contracts.
Responsibilities:
● Prospect and generate new renovation leads.
● Meet with homeowners, property managers, and business owners.
● Promote our renovation services, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, painting, framing, finishing, and general renovations.
● Prepare and follow up on quotations.
● Build long-term client relationships.
● Negotiate and close contracts.
● Meet monthly sales goals.
Qualifications:
● Sales experience is preferred.
● Experience in the construction or renovation industry is an asset.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Self-motivated and able to work independently.
● Fluent in English. Other languages (spanish)are an asset.
Compensation:
● Comission paid per signed contract
● Commission-based with unlimited earning potential.
