Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring a safe working environment. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to uphold high standards of service and reliability.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, utilizing schematics and technical manuals.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support equipment repairs.
- Supervise maintenance projects and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Lead training sessions for junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Skills
- Proficient in mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems.
- Experience in PLC systems will be a plus
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
- Leadership abilities to supervise projects and mentor junior staff.
- Familiarity with schematics for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Competence in using CMMS for tracking maintenance tasks.
- Ability to fabricate components as necessary for repairs.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
