Job Summary
Techtron is looking for a motivated and results-driven Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in electronics retail or mobile repair, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment while motivating a high-performing team.
The Store Manager will oversee sales operations, staff development, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and overall store profitability while ensuring company standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales and repair staff to achieve performance targets
- Drive sales growth through customer engagement and upselling strategies
- Monitor store KPIs, sales goals, and team performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns professionally
- Oversee smartphone, tablet, laptop, and accessory sales operations
- Manage repair intake process and ensure service quality standards are maintained
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock levels, and merchandising standards
- Implement loss prevention and security procedures
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
- Handle cash management, opening/closing procedures, and banking deposits
- Support marketing initiatives and local promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail management experience
- Experience in electronics, wireless, mobile repair, or consumer technology retail preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and accessories
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing repair technicians and sales teams
- Knowledge of Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel, and tablet devices
- Multilingual skills are considered an asset

Schedule
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Weekdays and weekends as needed
