Role Summary
Support Windows systems, vulnerability remediation, virtualization, and escalated L3 incident resolution with root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Vulnerability remediation and patch management
- Administer Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Active Directory, and Exchange 2016
- Manage physical and VM environments (VMware ESX, vCenter, P2V/V2V migrations)
- Handle L3 escalations, on-call rotations, and SLA compliance
- Hardware troubleshooting and firmware upgrades (HP, Dell, IBM)
- Security hardening, performance monitoring, and documentation
Must Have
- AD , GPO, Domain controllers.
- Exchange on premise
- Windows Server administration
- Vulnerability remediation/ Windows Security.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 4–5 years of relevant experience (profile targets 7–10 years)
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, and Exchange
- ITIL knowledge; Capital Markets domain experience is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work varied/on-call shifts
Pay: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
