Greenery Office Interiors is an award-winning Calgary interior plant design and office plant leasing company that has been beautifying Calgary offices since 1977. We specialize in interior plants, plant care, living walls, moss walls, exterior greenery, and seasonal décor for corporate, commercial, hospitality, and residential spaces.
We are looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to join our Green Support Team and play an important role in keeping Calgary workplaces green, welcoming, and well cared for. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with plants, staying active throughout the day, solving problems on the go, and working both independently and as part of a team.
Training will be provided, though previous experience with plant care, horticulture, landscaping, delivery driving, warehouse work, or hands-on labour is an asset.
Requirements
● Valid driver’s license

● Legally authorized to work in Canada
● Comfortable driving a larger company vehicle
● Comfortable using public transit when required
● Able to lift at least 50 lbs and move frequently throughout the day
● Comfortable with physical work, including bending, kneeling, lifting, carrying, and walking
● Comfortable working independently and staying self-motivated
● Strong attention to detail and care for consistency
● Positive, can-do attitude
● Willingness to learn and ability to pick up new tasks quickly
● Good problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
● Comfortable working in a hands-on, active role
● Able to represent the company well while working in professional office environments
Assets
● Experience with plant care, gardening, horticulture, landscaping, or warehouse work
● Experience driving delivery vehicles
● Experience working in client-facing environments
● Confidence working with annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, indoor plants, and seasonal plant displays

Work Environment
This role includes a mix of warehouse work, delivery driving, plant installations, and on-site plant maintenance in office spaces. The work is active, physical, and detail-oriented. Some days will involve working independently, while others will involve working closely with the team on installations and larger projects.
