Part-Time Property Technician
Gorilla Property Services - Scarborough / East Toronto / Durham Area
Gorilla Property Services is looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Property Technician to join our team. This position is part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into more hours for the right person.
We are looking for someone who has experience in the types of services we provide, including working at heights, lawn cutting, snow clearing, and general property maintenance.

Seasonal and weather-dependent work may be required
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Applicants must have experience with:
· Working safely at heights
· Ladder work
· Lawn cutting and trimming
· Snow clearing and salting
· General property maintenance
· Outdoor labour in different weather conditions
Additional experience is preferred in:
· Window cleaning
· Gutter cleaning
· Dryer vent cleaning
· Pressure washing
· Soft washing
· Garden maintenance
· Hedge trimming
· Seasonal cleanups
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, works safely, and understands the importance of good customer service.
Responsibilities Include
· Assisting with residential and commercial property maintenance jobs
· Cleaning windows, gutters, dryer vents, siding, walkways, and other exterior areas
· Lawn cutting, trimming, blowing, and seasonal cleanup work
· Snow clearing, salting, and winter maintenance duties
· Operating tools and equipment safely
· Working on ladders and at heights when required
· Keeping job sites clean and organized
· Taking before-and-after photos when required
· Representing Gorilla Property Services in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements
· Experience working at heights, lawn cutting, and snow clearing is required
· Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
· Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
· Able to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
· Comfortable working on ladders and around equipment
· Valid driver's licence is strongly preferred
· Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Must be safety-conscious and respectful with clients and team members

· Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Pay: $19.50-$21.50 per hour
