Job Title: Line Cook
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring that the food is of high quality, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The specific hours we are looking for are evening/weekends.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts

Ensure that all food is of high quality and meets our standards

Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to management

Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared and served in a timely manner

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Cook

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent

Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment
Working Conditions: The Cook will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods of time and working with hot equipment and sharp knives. The position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a seasonal position that runs from May until October.
Salary: $20-$23 /hr + gratuities
