Key Responsibilities of the account manager:

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client accounts, service contracts, and technical specifications.

Manage the operational and administrative aspects of client contracts, including cost control, overtime management, and accounts receivable follow-up.

Identify, analyze, and resolve operational and contractual issues by implementing effective, strategic solutions that support business objectives.

Conduct regular client site visits and build strong, long-term professional relationships.

Deliver exceptional customer service while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Coach, support, and mentor Operations Coordinators, fostering collaboration and professional development within the team.

Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to forecast staffing needs and ensure appropriate workforce planning.

Promote GardaWorld's products and services by identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills for the account manager:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar account management, operations management, or client services role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving operational environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Bilingualism (English and French) is required to effectively support our English-speaking clientele.
