We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a love for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and packaging a variety of products while adhering to food safety standards. Duties
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including breads, pastries, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area to comply with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with Chef on soups and salad options.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and delivery of food.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or pastry preparation.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
