Duties
- Assist in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and operational guidelines
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene practices and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Support kitchen staff with inventory management, restocking supplies, and organizing ingredients
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if needed
- Passion for the food industry with a desire to learn and grow within the role
Food handlers certificate is required

10am-5pm and 5pm-12am monday-sunday
