The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and committed to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- High ethical standards and professionalism
- Exceptional attention to detail (required)
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Accuro EMR is considered an asset
- Previous experience in optometry or ophthalmology is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Patient scheduling and coordination
- Managing medical records and documentation
- Assisting with patient intake and administrative duties
-Communicating with patients, surgeons, and clinical staff
-Supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic
