The Opportunity
Fowler Construction is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and Supervisors in the successful execution of construction projects. This role plays a vital part in maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, ensuring quality control, and assisting with cost management to help drive project success.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a daily record of worksite activities, safety compliance, inspections, and job progress with photo/video documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily timesheets for on-site crews.
- Monitor project costs and revenue, tracking budget allocations, production rates, and any cost discrepancies to ensure financial efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of project payments, including invoices and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage contract documents, drawings, and specifications for project staff and subcontractors.
- Oversee project quality control activities to ensure work meets required standards.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, and material requirements for the next day's work.
- Liaise with inspectors, owner representatives, and the public to maintain clear communication and resolve any issues.
- Compile reports for production, payments, and daily quantity tracking.
- Assist with grade checking and project layout as needed.
- Provide support in other divisions when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid G driver’s license is required.
- 2-3 years of Project Coordinator experience preferred.
- Certified Engineering Technologist certification or Bachelor of Engineering considered an asset.
