Optimum Retailing helps enterprise retailers improve in-store execution by connecting assortment and inventory planning to store-level merchandising execution.
We’re looking for a hands-on LinkedIn growth and paid media specialist to drive pipeline growth through organic LinkedIn execution, paid campaigns, executive visibility, and demand generation programs.
This is an execution-focused fractional contract role for someone experienced in B2B SaaS demand generation and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
What You’ll DoLinkedIn Growth & Executive Visibility
- Manage LinkedIn content calendar
- Publish content for:
- Optimum Retailing company page
- CEO and leadership accounts
- Repurpose webinars, customer stories, demos, trade shows, and thought leadership into social content
- Maintain consistent posting cadence
- Improve engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance
Paid Media & Demand Generation
- Build and optimize LinkedIn campaigns including:
- Sponsored Content
- Conversation Ads
- Retargeting
- ABM campaigns
- Event promotion
- Manage:
- Audience segmentation
- Conversion tracking
- CRM integration
- Budget pacing
- Weekly optimization
- Execute against annual media budgets ranging from CAD $50K–$250K
Reporting & Operations
- Deliver weekly performance reporting
- Provide campaign insights and optimization recommendations
- Track attribution and marketing performance metrics
- Operate as an extension of the internal marketing team
Required Experience
You should have:
- 5–10+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience
- Deep expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience running enterprise SaaS growth programs
- Strong understanding of:
- HubSpot
- CRM attribution
- ABM programs
- Executive social growth
- Event amplification
You should also have demonstrated success in:
- Growing LinkedIn audiences
- Building executive visibility
- Generating qualified meetings and pipeline
Preferred Experience
- Retail technology
- Martech
- AI software
- Enterprise software targeting VP/SVP/C-suite buyers
Success Metrics
This role will be measured on:
- Marketing-sourced pipeline
- Qualified demo requests
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Cost per meeting
- CTR and engagement
- Account engagement
- Meetings generated from campaigns and events
Contract Details
- Fractional contractor role
- Remote
- Approx. 15–25 hours/week
- CAD $5,000–$6,000/month
- Initial 90-day engagement with potential extension
