We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, waxing services, and nail enhancements, in a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures for all tools and workstations
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and increase sales
- Assist clients with body waxing services when qualified or cross-trained
- Educate clients on nail care maintenance and aftercare tips
- Create a relaxing atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience in nail care services with a strong portfolio of work preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform body waxing services (nice-to-have) or willingness to learn
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships
- Retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for sales techniques
