Key Responsibilities:
- Detail new and certified pre-owned vehicles to ensure impeccable presentation for clients.
- Oversee the lot attendant team and maintain the lot to the highest standards.
- Collaborate closely with the service manager to ensure utmost client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to prepare vehicle deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience detailing luxury automotive vehicles.
- Proficiency in polishing, compounding, water sanding, ceramic pro application, paint treatment, interior shampooing, and leather treatment for Volvo cars from start to finish.
- Possession of a valid G driver's license and own transportation (car). Living within a 45 km radius of the dealership is required.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
