Overview
R2R Cleaning Services Ltd. is seeking a reliable and professional Casual Receptionist to provide reception and light administrative coverage on an as needed basis. This role is ideal for someone with flexible weekday availability who is organized, adaptable, customer focused, and able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
As the first point of contact for many of our clients and staff, the receptionist plays an important role in helping maintain excellent communication and organization within the company.
Schedule
- Casual / on-call coverage
- Shifts may vary based on operational needs
- Weekday availability Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
- On-call availability for sick coverage and last minute shift coverage is required
- Additional hours may become available during busy seasons or staff coverage periods
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Schedule and coordinate residential and commercial cleaning appointments
- Assist with client follow-ups, confirmations, and appointment updates
- Monitor emails and communicate professionally with clients and staff
- Support general administrative and reception duties
- Maintain organized records and scheduling information
- Assist with light office organization and daily operational support
- Clean and maintain the office space as needed
- Complete additional duties and tasks as requested by management
- Communicate clearly with management, cleaners, and clients regarding scheduling needs and updates
