Accounts Receivable (AR) Lead
Location: Vancouver, BC
Work Model: In-office (no remote arrangement)
The Role
The AR Lead will own the full accounts receivable lifecycle and play a key role in cash flow management, customer relationships, and revenue accuracy within a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer invoicing, collections, and cash application
- Monitor AR aging and proactively manage collections
- Resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with Sales and Customer Success
- Support revenue reporting and month-end close
- Improve AR processes, controls, and reporting
Qualifications
- 4+ years of accounts receivable experience
- Experience in high-volume or CPG environments preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- ERP and accounting system experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
