Solar Sales Representative (Commission Only)

Service Expectations
- Conduct consultations with homeowners by phone and video call
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and assigned appointments
- Educate customers on solar solutions, incentives, and financing options
- Present proposals and guide customers through the sales process
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in the CRM
- Stay current on product updates, pricing, and incentive programs
- Adhere to compliance and documentation requirements for financing and contracts
- Deliver a high level of customer service from consultation to close
- Achieve agreed-upon sales and activity expectations
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales, customer service or consultative experience is preferred; solar experience is an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets in a sales or related role
- Comfortable conducting presentations by phone and video
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex information
- Professional, coachable, and open to feedback and continuous improvement
- Looking to build a long-term career with unlimited earning potential
Selection Process
Candidates selected to move forward can expect the following process:

- Onboarding and Training
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role. Compensation is earned per successful sale with no base salary.
