As an E&I Tradesperson, you will perform all aspects of instrumentation maintenance and repairs at the Irving Paper, including:
- Instrument calibration, installation, and commissioning of instrumentation devices
- Valve repair and maintenance (including associated components and control devices)
- Troubleshooting, programming, to maintain and improve existing:
- Honeywell Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
- Rockwell Programmable Logic Control systems (PLC)
- Mill process control systems
- Supporting continuous improvement through instrument tuning and system/program changes
- Participating in on-call coverage and shift work as required
